Another nice Sleeper

This is another nice sleeper sofa from Gus Design Group. Called the James Lounge is great for a small space as the back cushions come off to reveal a twin size bed. I want to know what kind of coffee table that is in front of the sofa.

Delancy Rich Leather Lounger

This truly is a minimalist design in every possible way. The Delancy combines a classic design with plenty of modern twists. It shows a smooth, fluid shape, with a curved contour that encompasses elegance. The sleek design comes with study but skinny legs that accent the minimalist design. They come in black or white only for a price of $1350.

Sleeper

Blu Dot's sleepr sofa really ups the game when it comes to sleeper sofas. Conviently named "One Night Stand" sports a queen size bed that unfolds from the sofa after all the cushions are removed. Not all sleeper sofas can claim to look good and be functional but they have certainly done the job here. The "One Night Stand" can stand up to the looks of the other furniture you have in your living room, it doesn't have to be relegated to the spare room or back room where no one can see it. With a price tag of $1799 it better look good and be comfortable or I'm taking it back.

Money Design

These sculptures were created by Justine Smith. She has done a great job of representing what money really means to the world. She has taking the dollar bill and turned it into a conversation of politics, materialism, and society's take on the bill. I think the handgun is dope.

Modern Classic Orson Chair

This new modern classic Orson Chair is designed by Jake Phipps. The "Orson" chair is visually stunning. Looking at it from the front really plays with you eyes until you take a look from the side. I really like this idea.

Like Rock Band/ Guitar Hero

This is a Gene Simmon's replica "Axe" guitar for Rock Band or Guitar Hero. It is compatible with both so don't rush out to get the opposite video game. It only costs $80. I would love one, but I stick to the vocals so I am going to need a Snoop Dog type mic.

Basra Breeze

Want something not a single other person can even come close to saying they have. Well here is your chance. Saddam Hussein's Yacht is for sale for $30 million. Yes, Saddam Hussein's Yacht is for sale.

Buggin out

Yes that is a real bug housed in this mouse. Don't like bugs, don't like the mouse. Apparently you can get one with a beetle (above), spider, or a starfish now for $19-$25 depending on the bug of your choice.

Terminator Flashlight

Welcome to the Lumencraft Gatlight. This isn't just any ordinary flashlight, well actually nothing. It just looks about a thousand times cooler. One thing better about this flashlight is that it is hand assembled from more then 80 parts and is housed in a indestructible titanium alloy casing. Don't look directly into the light. The bulb had 240-plus LED lumens. It has a hefty price tag of $395. This reminds me of something I saw in Transformers and a gatling gun hence the name Gatlight.

Bank Table

This bank table is designed Hans de Pelsmacker. The bank table is built on an aluminum chassis and is covered with massive oak. This table would be great fit in a bar or a school library where space is limited.

Bentley Continental GTC

Well, well, well the Bentley Continental GTC is the convertible version of the Continental GT. Under the hood of the Continental GTC is a powerful twin-turbo 6.0-liter W12 that produces a whooping 552 HP that can propel you to 0-60 in 4.8 seconds with a top speed near 200 mph. The price tag is $193,000 big ones so start saving now junior.

Parking Spot?

Priceless

iBangle

Next generation iPod? Yeah something like that. The iBangle is a bracelet iPod that sends the music to your ears via wireless technology. The bracelet is self sizing so it won't fall off your delicate wrists. The blue band inside the iBangle inflates inorder to fit your wrist size. The iBangle is complete with a multi touch track pad for easy navigation through the hundreds of Flock of Seagulls songs you have. Designed by Gopinath Prasana.

MythBusters

This is pretty good. Adam Savage is giving a keynote about some new stuff that MythBusters with will be showing. Here they have used a high-speed camera to show sobering up techniques. First he gets slapped in the face and the second is him running on a treadmill. Its good stuff.

Lego Stimpy

Freshies Again

Edwards by Tuttle. I really like the lounge chair. They do a nice job of simple but elegant design with detailed leather work. Freshies!!!

Robocop

Kanye has had another song leaked. Robocop is another song of 808's & Heartbreak. It features the same autotune and beat composition as the other songs. For all of you out there that don't like this new Kanye don't worry, he is releasing another album in June sometime I am pretty sure. So, don't hate and enjoy the beats.

Wall Units

These modern wall units are created by Jesse of Italy and will soon make a larger presence in the American furniture market in the near future. They are set to open up a couple of exclusive retail stores somewhere in the US. These wall units are part of the "Regolo" collection that features entertainment wall units, library bookcase systems, as well as flat screen TV stands. Jesse does a very good job of combining glossy, matte, and natural wood finishes along with linear shapes to increase look and make these beautiful pieces stand out. Keep a look out for their stores as they will be opening soon.

Lounging in the Grass

If you enjoy lounging the the grass, why not pay for it. Well, I'm not sure you are going to want to with this price tag ($14,165). I mean come on. With that price you could decorate you whole entire bedroom with that. The buys at Turin have created the Pratone Lounge Chair in turn. These "blades of grass" are created from green painted polyurethane, they seem to make this concept chair comfortable to sit in. I don't really see the comfort in this chair, but whatever floats your boat.

Really, Come On

Come on now. Who the hell needs these. The French designer Camille Toupet designed the new Moet & Chandon Midnight Gold Case complete with some hand sewn Swarovski crystals and gold crystals that are supposed to be a representation of the Crystal bubbles that are underneath this outrageously expensive cover. It seems as if these ridiculous covers actually chill the bottle of bubbly beneath the cover. You better act fast as hell cause there are only going to be a hundred of these non-useful bottle covers.

Great Photo

Check out these two girls making out in the front. This is hilarious. I can't believe a) this was allowed and b) they agreed to take this photo. Anyway it was pretty fun.

Dwight-o-lantern

Dwight has been immortalized, I guess, in a jack-o-lantern. Essentially anyone can do this as long as you have a steady hand and some patience. Oh and don't forget a lot of pumpkins just in case you screw it up a couple of time.

Teak Coffee Table by Michael Dreeben

Dreeben, a Chicago native himself, is inspired here by the raw elements of nature and at the same time the rigid construction of the times. The top of this coffee table seems as if it was taken right off the tree and placed on top of this perfectly constructed base. The base on the other had has a strict guideline feel to it that leaves nothing perfectly thought out or out of place.

CineMassie OmegaPlex

The word outrageous first came to mind. Then a bit later enormous. The CineMassie OmegaPlex features 27.6 million pixels between 7860 wide and 3600 high. You can cry now cause your HD pails in comparison. With a price tag of a little under $13,000 you can stop now.

Modern Bedrooms

There is just something about modern bedrooms that make me a warm and fuzzy inside. These bedrooms encompass everything that is so incredible about the modern bedroom. These bedrooms focus on simple but elegant furniture, a reduction of clutter, organization, and an over all cleanliness that enhances the bare essentials that are key to the bedroom. The main accent to these rooms are the beds. They feature clean lines and simplicity that cannot be matched. My favorite is the third bedroom.

Sweet

The Nazari Bench. Thanks www.tonytone.wordpress.com

Watchmen

This movie looks pretty sweet. Although, I thought 300 was going to be awesome and it didn't turn out that way for me at least. I hope this one is better. I though Sin City rocked and this kinda reminds me of it. I never read the graphic novel so some people might be pissed I just made that comparison. Sorry. Anyway, it looks pretty sweet. Can't wait to see it.

Bored

It's just cool and if you like table football then you must be sold.

More Touch Screen Phones

Ever since the iPhone touch screen phones have been rolling out of production like hot cakes. LG is set to release this phone called "Cookie" later this month. The smart phone has an affordable price tag, 3 inch touch screen display, 3 megapixel camera, accelerometer, FM radio (this is the first one I have heard of on a phone), a bluetooth, and a stylus concealed somewhere in the body here. The affordable price tag is $230 before contract discounts(apparently this is what affordable means these years) so maybe it will only be about $150 or so.

Ron Artest

You have to check this out. This is the dumbest shit I have ever heard. Ron Artest thinks he is a rapper again and for some reason DJ Drama decided to sign on to this project. I guess this is what you get when you have someone with a lot of Money (Artest) and someone who is just willing to take it (Drama). Drama does get a lot of promo in this mixtape as he yells out every 3 seconds like usual, but the good thing about this is that it diverts your attention from the terrible rhymes Artest is trying to spit. Check it out here, no wait actually don't unless you want to laugh really hard.

X-Ray Lights

Korean designer Won-suk Cho has created an unusually exciting and attractive form of lighting/artwork. As you can see Cho has taken the skeletal form of incandescent and florescent light bulbs and attached them to a thick x-ray plate complete with the "inner workings" of the light lit up. These x-ray lights are sick and I wonder if they provide an efficient amount of light, if any at all. I would love to hang these in my apartment somewhere.

Super HEADY Crystal Seating

I can just see everyone in Boulder salivating over this crystal chair saying that this is the headiest piece of seating I have ever seen, imagine the vibes. The Second Nature Exhibition is highlighted by this Venus- Natural Crystal Chair. The way it works is that the crystals form structures on a block of polyester fiber. A special mineral solution (headiness) is added to the base polyester and the whole chair is put in an aquarium so the crystals can form. It takes about one month for the chair to be completely covered in crystals. Designer Tokujin Yoshioka was trying to create something so completely natural in constantly evolving tech savvy world. He said that he had guided the first half of production and left the other half up to nature.

Endless?

Daniel Becker has created a two-seater that you can connect to bring a seemingly endless set of sofas. This could be perfect in a large space such as an airport or mall where the middle of the walkways are always seating anyway. The "Hunting Lines" two-seater would just make it the much more fashionable.

The Ultimate Ticket

McCain/Spears 2008!!!!

On Purpose or No?

I'm pretty sure everyone in the world has seen this by now, if not you need to come out from under that rock you have been living under for the past 5 years. I don't think I have ever seen anything like this in the history of sports. In this slowed down version it looks as if the ref was actually doing this on purpose, but I can't believe that he would be so stupid to try to take down a player. On that note, the quarter back should feel like an ass cause he just got leveled by a 45 year old referee. I mean come on kid you are playing college football and you got leveled by a ref. The ref did play college football too, so he had a little advantage on the kid.

Wayne

I don't know how you all feel about chopped and screwed music, but I am large fan of most of it. Some of the shit is terrible. This is my personal favorite. Lil Wayne tears this up. Song is called Live From the 504, but he deviates from it as the rhyme goes on. Look at the Birdman in the background acting like a fool. What does he even bring to the table.

Em

It has been far too long for Eminem to be away from the game. As always he sets everything he touches on fire. Check out I'm Having A Relapse. Song is tight, can't wait for the CD to drop.

Heartless

Heartless finally mastered off 808's and Heartbreak. Still waiting for this to drop. I think this song is dope.

Segway, Chimp, Good combo

Sunken In

This is the type of shit I am talking about. This is called the Obelisk designed by Ross Didier. These have a very futuristic look to them and I am all about it. I love the clean lines and symmetry that Mr. Didier has done with his Obelisk Sofa and chair. I don't think these look to comfy, but as I have stated before comfort comes second to looks.

Hilarious

I think this is hilarious!!! Dylan Mortimer has come up with the idea of combining a phone booth and a prayer station for those times when you just need to pray to the almighty!! Pretty much all you have to do is lower the kneeler and get to praying then go about your regular business. I really hope that I get to see one of these things in action. I might not be able to contain myself. I am all for God, but this is just funny and extreme. Can't you just wait to get to a church. I guess not.
