The jacket he wore at the AMAs will be among the first releases as well as the warrior hoodie he was wearing at the Dior Fashion Show. Also this jacket he is wearing in this pic. This chair embodies a smooth continuous shape that sets it aside from any chair I've ever seen. The single piece of material is supposed to account for the elegance, which it surely does, and the comfort that I fail to see. As I have said before, I am more about the looks of furniture then the comfort. We'll see if I stick to that when I pick up a seriously uncomfortable piece.

The new Kanye CD came out today if you didn't know. I like the CD although some people I have talked to aren't really fans of it. I could see how you won't be especially if you hate the auto-tone fad. On that note, here is a video of his performance at last night's AMAs.

I already posted some x-ray light, but this might be better. The light bulb lays flat for style while still giving off the same amount of light as a regular bulb.

The ol' sled has been modified into a badass Slegoon. Just imagine yourself flying down a ski hill in one of these. Apparently even if you flip over in this things it keeps going. Extreme.

Gervasoni SPA of Italy has created this beautiful Otto platform beds. Gervasoni designs their furniture with the idea of keeping the original exotic materials in their natural states. The natural states are characterized by variations in texture, unevenness, coarseness, and roughness. The Otto beds are made from a plywood frame covered by pressed bamboo laminations.

Holy Shit

Holy Shit. Look at the size of this thing. This thing is called a Coconut Crab and can weigh up to 4kg and can be up to 40cm long. I have seen some big crabs before (insert joke here) but this might just be the biggest crab I have ever seen. I would not like to be walking down the street, swimming, or just lounging around on the beach and come across this behemoth. It's as big as the trash can. Jesus.

Living Rooms from Hulsta

Hulsta is a German Furniture maker that has come out with some great living room designs. Obviously I love the modern and futuristic design aspect. The combination of wood, metal, and leather. You can throw in some colors for that bold, but still elegant and classy look.

Art Deco Armchairs by Tesserra

This beautiful chair is called the Casablanca. As you can see the lines, curves, and shapes that are defined in this design offer a throwback to art deco style. The armrests give the chair a more visually stunning modern look to it. I love the colors and the use of fabric (velveteen upholstery), wood (walnut), and metal in the design that really brings the chair together.

Barnacle Chair

The Barnacle Chair is not only functional, but it is also sustainable. The chair looked like cardboard to me at first glance until I read more about it. It is actually made of sustainable wood and cultivated industrial felt. It is also compact in design measuring 30x40x23. It can be used in two ways, the first being one person sitting in like a normal chair and the second it can be flipped over leaned against by a number of people. As some people like to call it functionally sustainable or digitally organic.

This pretty compact office work space is perfect for anyone trying to modernize their new office. The WallFlower is scratch and shock resistant, pretty sweet, cause it is made from a high pressure laminate. How can this be with only two legs? Good question. There are four elastic buffers to keep it sturdy and upright. If you need more space you can always buy some of the add ons they have. There is no price yet, but when I figure it out I will surely update.
